It is especially important to apply microelements in the critical stages of plants development because of micronutrients deficiency in this period affects at the future yields. To obtain high yield the foliar application of fertilizers during the entire growing season should be provided. CIBUS Gold, MG contains increased amount of manganese, molybdenum and boron as well as the available for the plant sulfur with the lack of which it is impossible to get quality yield.

DEFICIENCY OF MANGANESE (Mn): manganese deficiency in rape crop leads to marble disease, tissue become lighter and die. As a result the pods fall and the yield reduction.

DEFICIENCY OF BORON (B): the optimal quantity of boron in the rape cultivation provides formation and transportation of carbohydrates in the plant. Before and during the flowering period rape especially needs boron. That is why there is deficit of this micronutrient in these phases of plant development. Among characteristics of boron deficiency are such as: chlorosis of young leaves; the apexes of older leaves are twisted and painted in purple-red color. In case of boron deficiency the absence of pods is observed, small number of kernels in the pod as well as a large number of non-productive pathogenes which have not formed at all pods after flowering. As the boron deficiency physiological disease – black spot – appears on sugar beet. The young leaves become black. This leads to lower sugar content and lower yields of root crops.

DEFICIENCY OF MAGNESIUM (Mg): there is direct link between the optimum quantity of magnesium in the rape and the yields of this crop. Characteristics of magnesium deficiency is yellow, in some varieties red, bottom of the leaves. In this case the fibers remain to be green. Sometimes chlorosis appears in spring period. The content of magnesium affects also at sugar content, the level of polarization of sugar beet. Foliar application of winter rape: application of CIBUS Gold, MG in autumn leads to the increased concentration of nutrients in the cell sap. This is very important element of increasing frost resistance. Properly nurtured plant fix all the nutrients in the root neck. The nutrients will be used in spring period at the beginning of vegetation of rosette.

Rape (in Autumn )

The use of CIBUS Gold, MG in the phase of 5–7 leaves 1–2 kg/ha will provide the plant with micro-elements with small amount of nitrogen. This technique will improve the plants and will have the positive impact on the thickness of the root neck. The thickness of the neck about 1 cm provides high frost resistance.

Rape (in Spring )

All applications of winter and spring rape are must be done before the plant flowering. The first application in the renewal of spring vegetation in the phase of 7–10 leaves — 1–2 kg/ha, the second application — in the phase of the beginning of budding — 1–2 kg/ha.

Dose rate is 4 kg/ha during the vegetation season. 1–2 applications before the plant flowering (phases 3–4 and 6–7 couple of leaves).

Sugar beet

The first application: 4–6 leaves — 1–1.5 kg/ha.
The second application: closing of spacing — 2 kg/ha.

For application minimum 200 l of water should be used.
