Changing of climatic conditions, caused\u00a0by human activity, a steady increase of\u00a0the population of the globe is pushing mankind to find new ways to increase food production.<\/p>\n
One possible way out of the situation that arises more acutely at the moment is to increase crop yields. The fundamental direction of raising this figure from crops is the introduction of new varieties with high potential productivity. The result is that we want to get to a large extent depends on the right decisions when choosing varieties for cultivation.<\/p>\n
Every year the country imports seeds of many varieties and hybrids of agricultural crops. But not all of them are able to unleash your genetic potential in the existing soil and climatic conditions.<\/p>\n
Unfortunately, today in Ukraine is a shortage of seeds of plastic, high-performance, high-quality, stable yield varieties of grain and leguminous crops. Among many selection institutions that successfully solve this problem, it is necessary to allocate the Austrian world-class company,\u00a0\u201cRaiffeisen Ware Austria AG\u00bb (RWA)<\/strong>. Features varieties of cereals and legumes Austrian company RWA \u2013 a real miracle for producers of Ukraine. The seeds of this company is successfully presented in the market of Ukraine by the company\u00a0\u201cTerraVita\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n International delegation consisting of Ukrainian representatives of the\u00a0\u201cCompany\u201d Eridon \u201c, JSC\u201d Lebedinsky Seed Plant \u201c, LLC \u201cAgrozahist Donbass \u201c, LLC \u201cAgrofarmahim \u201c, LLC \u201cGenerous Lan\u201d, LLC \u201cCoral Plus\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0and six representatives from Belarus visited Austria on the invitation of the world-renowned companies\u00a0RWA<\/strong>. The first day of the visit, the delegation arrived at the demonstration field near Vienna, where they\u00a0got the opportunity to get acquainted with the most popular varieties of crops, new developments of Austrian breeders. Scientists spoke about the demands of farmers to new varieties and hybrids that determine the direction of selection work in the coming years in research centers RWA.<\/p>\n To successfully obtain the final result of the selection,\u00a0RWA<\/strong>\u00a0directed towards the creation of varieties for specific regions, taking into account soil and climatic conditions and peculiarities of the technology of growing crops, so as a result \u2013 providing high-quality seeds of varieties of crop needs of the most demanding manufacturer.<\/p>\n The company RWA kindly provided the opportunity to visit a familiarization visit to one of the seminal works, located on the territory of Slovakia, namely in the town of Dolni steel. In \u00a0summer the plant is usually carried out reconstruction and repair. And it was such a period we caught, but saw a lot of interesting things, specifically \u2013 how to install a cooling system in a warehouse for the storage of seeds. This will improve the storage conditions in summer. Also, we\u00a0were\u00a0shown an upgraded line for receiving and sorting of seed corn on the cob. The management plans \u2013 before the start of next season to put into operation the line for automatic stacking and packaging bags of seeds on pallets. Due to these facts\u00a0delegates were once again convinced that the seeds of the\u00a0RWA<\/strong>\u00a0produced in modern factories using the latest equipment. In conclusion, we were\u00a0shown the laboratory, in which there is constant monitoring of the quality of seeds. Samples are taken at the completion of seeds every hour!<\/p>\n The next day we visited the Lower Austria, where we were shown the items to dry seed corn on the cob. One such plant is located in the town Lannach.
