In adverse weather conditions that have developed in recent years, it is important to choose the right hybrid that can match the climatic conditions of the region and provide an opportunity to obtain high yields of corn. On the experience of growing corn Ballerina FAO 280 of Austrian concern selection RWA (Raiffeisen Ware Austria, AG) from “TerraVita Ukraine” in their farms shared:
Ivan Protopish |
– “Agro-Etalon” Ltd. Tyvriv district, Vinnitsa region, Deputy General Director of plant growing Ivan Protopish.
“Our enterprise hassown 21 corn hybrids from different manufacturers. The best result showed the hybrid Ballerina FAO 280 with yield index 67.2 c/ha and humidity index 14%, while other hybrids had yields 29-30 kg/ha. Despite the complete lack of rain, from sowing to harvesting the hybrid Ballerina FAO 280 showed its excellent resistance to drought conditions.”
– FG “Chysta krynytsya” Koshmanivka village, Mashevsky district, Poltava region., Serhiy Dichenko:
“In our fields the hybrid Ballerina FAO 280 showed one of the best results – 102.8 kg/ha in terms of basic humidity. By the way, the harvesting was carried out on September 30th, and the humidity rate was only 15.8%. It is worth noting the high level of resistance to stress, as our region was in a drought zone. I recommend this hybrid to manufacturers! The principle of our work – to use only the best hybrids.”
Surely, we can say that the hybrid Ballerina FAO 280 – will amaze you with high yields even under adverse conditions.
