Mode of action
Manganese – an essential micronutrient for healthy plant growth and development.
It plays a key role in photosynthesis, chlorophyll synthesis, protein and carbohydrate metabolism, and supports sugar accumulation and vitamin C synthesis. Manganese ensures active crop growth and enhances plant resistance to adverse environmental conditions.
Manganese deficiency most often occurs in light sandy, highly humified, and podzolic soils, especially after liming. Symptoms of deficiency include interveinal chlorosis, yellowing of leaves, appearance of pale or light green spots, reduced growth, and decreased crop productivity.
